Our COVID Assurance Policy

The last year has been a very strange time for us all - we know that with so many unforeseen events in the last 12 months you as the customer would like to know exactly where you stand..

Because of this we are guaranteeing if a lockdown or other restrictions are brought in which mean your booking cannot go ahead - we will provide a full refund or credit note, whichever you would prefer.

To maximise flexibility we have also waived our amendment fees - once your booking is confirmed you can change the dates with no admin charge (up to 15 days before your start date), you would only pay the seasonal difference if there is one.
